Access database (REP N°9) : Financial report (October 2011 - March 2013)

You will find enclosed the required documents to prepare the INTERREG Financial report. This report is compulsory for all the MAIA partners. The deadline for the partners' financial certified reports is June 21st.

Here is the procedure:

1. Download AND REGISTER the Access database
2. Warn by now your National Correspondent that you will sollicitate him at mid of June for the certification.
3. Fufill the Access database with the required financial data. Please verify the expenditures' distribution respecting the updated budgetary structure, in order to avoid any corrections asked by the JTS.
4. Certification by the Independent Controller (First Level Controller) and the National Correspondent (you can use the Interreg website (http://atlanticprojects.ccdr-n.pt to forward them the Access database. Please warn Phénia if you meet problems with you logins).
5. Once it's OK, you can upload the final version on the MAIA collaborative space (here) and advise Phénia in order to integrate it in the project's global report. he certificated reports must be uploaded on the Interreg website before June 21st.

You will receive further information about the "Partners' execution reports" (section 6) and the "WP Coordination reports" (section 9) early in June.
